Community involvement is required by CERCLA and the NCP at Superfund sites. Community acceptance is also one of the nine criteria EPA uses to evaluate cleanup alternatives. Implementing an effective community involvement plan is critical to the success of our cleanup and redevelopment goals. But how do we do that?
