This course is open to EPA Incident Command System (ICS) trained Safety Officers or EPA employees planning to serve as an EPA ICS Safety Officer, or General Employees where applicable due to job duties as outlined in EPA’s Safety, Health & Environmental Management Program Guidelines (Guideline 51, Oct 2019).
