This table top exercise scenario will encompass the first two hours of the train derailment incident. The exercise play will involve facilitated discussion of multi-agency coordination during the ensuing 2-8 hour period, and possibly longer. Separate aspects of multi-Agency response will incorporate modules including unified command, integration with of environmental response with law enforcement, composition of a multi-agency Incident Management Team, and prioritization of potentially impacted resources.
