NARPM Presents…FYR Overview: This 2-hour virtual training is for RPMs and others who conduct, review or oversee five-year reviews (FYR). The session will be appropriate for both experienced RPMs and other staff, who have already conducted FYRs, as well as those who have not yet completed a FYR. The course will focus on the FYR process for sites.

After taking this session, participants will be better able to:

• Describe the purpose of a FYR;
• Describe the process for conducting a FYR;
• Describe the content and appropriate level of detail of a FYR;
• Write a technical assessment that supports the conclusions of the FYR;
• Write actionable issues and recommendations; and
• Write consistent protectiveness statements.

The course is open to EPA, state and tribal representatives.
