Event Name: RCRA Academy
Event Description: The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Academy is a four day, beginner- to intermediate-level training course designed to provide a broad overview of a wide variety of RCRA topics including enforcement, compliance, permitting, and corrective action (See outline below).  In addition to the general RCRA topics that will be addressed, several specific, more intermediate-level topics will be discussed including financial assurance for corrective action; institutional controls; Subpart AA, BB, CC regulations; an ...  [more]
Additional Information: Registration for this course is open to EPA and state regulators nationwide, with EPA Region 4 and state regulators receiving preference.  States and Regions will limited to 8 seats per state.
