Class Description:
The Brownfields Workshop is a forum for discussing issues and sharing ideas on brownfields revitalization and solutions. (Also, please see the Draft Agenda for more information.)
Topics to be covered will include:
Fiscal Year '04 and FY05 EPA Brownfields grantees (1-2 representatives per grantee), optional: environmental contractor (1 maximum)
Attendees restricted to Region 4 grantees
Travel Expenses
Grant funds may be used to underwrite travel expenses with prior approval from EPA Project Officer..

- Nuts and Bolts of Successful Grant and Project Management;
- Terms and Conditions;
- Examples of Brownfields Successes and Lessons Learned;
- Partnering;
- and Resources

The class times listed above include *optional* networking activities. Monday evening (Aug. 8) there will be a networking dinner at 7:00 PM. Then on Tuesday (Aug. 9) the workshop will be held from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM with an *optional* networking opportunity at 6:00 PM (baseball game). And on Wednesday morning (Aug. 10) there will be the opportunity to have individual consultations beginning at 10:00 AM at the EPA Reg. 4 office.
