Introduction to the Toolkit for Assessing Potential Allegations of Environmental Injustice NETI OEJ903
This course reviews the definition of Environmental Justice and the framework methodology of the Toolkit for Assessing Potential Allegations of Environmental Injustice (Toolkit) that was first introduced in the Fundamentals of Environmental Justice Web-based training course. This course describes how to use the Toolkit methodology including formulating the problem, collecting data, and assessing the potential for adverse and disproportionate impacts. Finally, this course concludes with a hypothetical example of how the Toolkit methodology can be applied. This step-by-step interactive exercise illustrates how the Toolkit methodology can assess potential allegations of environmental injustice.
