This CD-ROM course is designed for federal, state, local, and tribal environmental inspectors in the RCRA program with 6-18 months experience. It provides an overview of the key RCRA regulations and the RCRA program, including the identification of solid and hazardous waste, waste minimization/pollution prevention activities, and the Land Disposal Restrictions program. It also provides an overview of conducting an inspection and the associated legal issues. The student interacts with numerous scenarios simulating realistic cases.
