U.S. EPA Brownfields Stakeholder Listening Session on The Brownfields Program at 20: Looking Back, Looking Forward

The EPA is inviting our brownfields stakeholders to attend a forum centered on the theme of “The Brownfields Program at 20: Looking Back, Moving Forward.” EPA leaders want to hear your individual views about our program’s success to date, and how we can build on our success to establish better brownfields partnerships, policies and guidance in the coming years. We want to hear your individual ideas regarding how our Brownfields Program can make a more visible difference in communities.

We will discuss how the Brownfields program is and can continue to address issues related to environmental justice; climate change and sustainability; leveraging resources; increasing the revitalization capacity of small and rural communities; boosting advanced manufacturing on brownfields; and other key brownfields issues that may be on the horizon.

A draft agenda and discussion paper will be distributed prior to the event.
