RCRA for RPMs explains the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requirements that apply or are relevant and appropriate to most cleanups under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). This session will focus on specific technical and regulatory issues that RPMs address in treating, transporting, and disposing of waste.
