Fundamental Water Law and a Case Study of the Columbia River System

When water supply diminishes successful solutions depend upon fundamental knowledge of water law, entitlement and use. This two-day course presents these topics with the objective of enhancing the capabilities of professional natural resource managers and serves as a strong foundation for a range of water topics.
