It can happen quickly, often when you least expect it, sometimes over what appears to be the most insignificant issue - sometimes just at the moment you think you're out of the woods. Just as often it occurs as you predicted and despite your best efforts to avert it: The temperature suddenly rises, one person - and soon others - loses their cool. Or the freeze begins, and you watch people stiffen, and the work of the group grinds to a glacial pace. This training addresses how we can influence and work with "emotional climate change"
