Description: This two day course will cover the Endangered Species Act (ESA) at a federal and state level and Habitat Conservation and Restoration. Attendees will learn about the statutory, administrative and academic evolution of the ESA. The course will cover how many policy elements and property rights are core outgrowths of the ESA.
