Training on the skills, knowledge and attributes that can help you, and those you work with, experience satisfaction and success in collaborative efforts
Hosted by EPA Conflict Prevention and Resolution Center (CPRC), Office of Civil Rights (OCR) and Workplace Solutions

Donna Silverberg, DS Consulting

Whether you work solely within an EPA team or with external stakeholders, this workshop will combine interactive discussions, reflective practice and stories to draw out the four keys that can turn-on success in collaborative settings. Donna Silverberg will highlight examples from Oregon's Fish Consumption Rate Dialogue and 25 years of work helping natural resource agencies reach collaborative solutions to tough environmental issues. Participants will come away with an understanding of how to put into practice the four C's that support collaborative processes: Clarity, Commitment, Consciousness and Courage.
