| Additional Information: | This class is presented in an online platform to address the coure training needs consistent with the COVID-19 March 15, 2020 OMBs guidance (OMB M-20-15) issued for the National Capital Region and updated information provided. The Refresher course si presented 8AM-5PM Central Time Zone on Tuesday September 21, 2021 through Adobe Connect platform. Full attendance, participations in interactive quizzes and polls, and answering 75% of the tet quiestions are required to receive the course completion certificate. Training participation instructions will be provided by email prior to the course start date. |
