U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regions 9 and 10 are hosting three free web-based training sessions to address the nexus between waste prevention, recycling, composting, materials management, disposal and climate change. 101: Introduction to Climate Change and Materials Management
Thursday June 26, 1-3:30 p.m. PDT
This is the first in a three session web-based educational series on connections between climate change, materials management, and waste issues. Subsequent sessions will examine selected issues in more detail.
Participants will be invited to submit questions and respond to audience discussion questions electronically.
