This course, sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, familiarizes federal, state, local, and tribal government employees with the radiation survey and site investigation methods in the MARSSIM. MARSSIM provides detailed guidance for planning, implementing, and evaluating environmental and facility radiological surveys conducted to demonstrate compliance with a dose- or risk-based regulation. 1. Daily class times: 12:00 PM EDT - 4:00 PM EDT for all Five Days
2. Course is open only to federal, state, local, and tribal government employees.
3. Registration is closed to members of the public or private business interests.
4. Attendees must participate all five days to receive course completion credit.
5. Attendees will receive 20 continuing education credits approved by the American Board of Health Physics for completing this course.

This training is being offered in a webinar format. Below you will find the link for video and audio connection. After joining the meeting, Adobe Connect will prompt you to setup an audio connection. See note below if you never attended an Adobe Connect meeting before.

Select option "Dial-out" and enter your phone number in the space provided.

Select "Join" and Adobe Connect will call your phone to establish an audio connection.

If done properly, you should see a telephone icon next to your name in the Adobe Connect meeting.
