| Event Name: | 3-Day Oil Spill Response and Booming Class |
| Event Description: | The course will introduce oil spill response. The class will include lectures on the Oil Pollution Act, oil spill response, spill containment dams and boom deployment strategy. The class will also include exercises on spill containment structures at El Dorado Park and boom deployment at Marine Stadium in Long Beach, CA The class will be limited to 30 students, with no more than three students per agency. |
