U.S. EPA - Region 10

Park Place Building
Trillium and Huckleberry Rooms
Seattle, WA 98101
When visiting the Region 10 Office in Seattle, please enter at corner of 6th Avenue and University Street and proceed to the security desk in the lobby. You will be directed through a security screening station and then into our Public Environmental Resource Center. All visitors must pass through a metal detector and have any bags, hand-carried items or accessories scanned through an x-ray machine. The process is identical to security screening at an airport. The Resource Center Staff will contact your EPA host who will escort you to your destination in the building.
Note: The EPA’s Federal Security Screeners prohibit certain items from the premises. Those include firearms, blades over 2 ½” in length, box cutters and other cutting tools, club-like items, explosives and hazardous chemicals including mace, pepper spray and spray paint. Prohibited items are confiscated at the security station and turned over to Federal Protective Services (FPS is a division of the Department of Homeland Security). Retrieval of the items must occur at a later date through FPS.
