What does it mean to write in plain language? How do you utilize the techniques in RPM-specific documents like salients, fact sheets, and proposed plans? This interactive course will strengthen your skills and reinforce the mechanics of technical writing by joining theory with hands-on practice.
At the end of this day-long, in-person course, you will:

Recognize and apply Standard English.

Develop a command of the written style.

Learn to summarize effectively.

Analyze your intended audience.

Demonstrate knowledge of acceptable format, tone, and content.
