Event Description:

ADR tools such as facilitation, mediation, and process design offer support for EPA staff and managers who engage with external stakeholders. In this interactive session we will introduce EPA’s Public Involvement Spectrum, present multiple ADR tools and processes, provide tips for selecting an appropriate ADR process, and share examples of successful engagement.
