The Hispanic Initiatives - EPA Forum is an annual event hosted by EPA's Hispanic Employment Program (HEP) with the support of agency diverse SES Champions in providing developmental opportunities to EPA staff through a series of leadership trainings, panels, presentations and networking sessions. Recognizing that underrepresentation of Latinos at EPA and in senior managment continues to be a challenge, this forum will discuss ways to overcome barriers and promote career advancement. This event is open to all EPA empolyees.
