| Event Description: | CERCLA Inspectors pursuant to EPA Order 3500.1 have basic training requirements including Fundamentals of Superfund, Enforcement Process Overview, Removal Process, and a negotiations training course. Negotiations Training for OSCs will meet the requirements new OSCs need to meet EPA Order 3500.1. This course is only open to EPA personnel. *This course is offered free of charge to all registrants who are confirmed to attend.* |
