The annual Quality Assurance conference has provided free training for the last 24 years to all who attend the event at our EPA Region 6 Offices in Dallas, Texas. On the registration form certain fields are required, such as your name, address, organization, job type, phone, email address, and password. Required Fields must be filled in to complete your registration. All other fields are optional, but we encourage you to fill them in, because they are used to help notify attendees of meeting cancellations due to government shutdowns or other emergencies.

After completing the registration form you will be asked 3 additional special questions. If for any reason you need to change your answers to these questions in the future, please contact trainex-replies@emsus.com. Answering these questions completely is required for registration.

Your name badge will be made from the registration site and building security requires that you wear your badge.

Guests visiting EPA Region 6:

• should proceed to the reception area on the 7th floor upon arrival;
• need to present an acceptable form of photo identification, such as a driver's license;
• will be issued a visitor badge by the floor receptionist;
• must be signed in and escorted by an EPA employee; and
• should return visitor badges to the 7th floor receptionist upon completion of their business.
