An advanced-level course designed to "train-the-trainers" of incident commanders (Battalion Chief [or equivalent] and above) or HAZMAT Technician-level emergency responders to nuclear, biological, chemical, radiological, and ordnance terrorist incidents. Technician-level training addresses:

• Responder actions at the technician level under the Incident Command System.
• CBRNE hazard prediction.
• Selection and use of protective equipment.
• Operation and use of field survey instruments and equipment for detection and identification of CBRNE materials.
• Implementing decontamination procedures.
