OSC Counter Terrorism Training

Class Description:

An advanced-level course designed to "train-the-trainers" of incident commanders (Battalion Chief [or equivalent] and above) or HAZMAT Technician-level emergency responders to nuclear, biological, chemical, radiological, and ordnance terrorist incidents. Technician-level training addresses:

Responder actions at the technician level under the Incident Command System.
CBRNE hazard prediction.
Selection and use of protective equipment.
Operation and use of field survey instruments and equipment for detection and identification of CBRNE materials.
Implementing decontamination procedures.

*This course is offered free of charge to all registrants who are confirmed to attend.*
