This workshop will cover coordination and communication between enforcement and permitting staff, an overview of the NSR framework, recent regulations and case law, NSR enforcement and permitting priorities and their relationship, implementing NSR permits, elements of enforceable permits, NSR targeting and case development, settlements, post-case permitting of NSR settlements, enforcement and permitting lessons learned, and criminal enforcement interfaces. The workshop will include a combination of lectures, presentations from local and state agencies, and discussions.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
First line supervisors and senior level enforcement and permitting staff.
