This 10-slide presentation introduces students to basic Environmental Management Systems (EMS) concepts and EPA's compliance-focused environmental management systems (CFEMS). Topics include the 12 elements of CFEMS, the role of the compliance inspector in evaluating a company's EMS, and how an attorney uses CFEMS in settlement agreements.
