This one day training will focus on documenting and pursuing unauthorized discharges of dredged and fill materials in to waters of the United States. Both the Corps of Engineers and the EPA have enforcement authorities for unauthorized discharges, with their roles and responsibilities identified in a national Memorandum of Agreement a Regional Field Level Agreement.
